    • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) will be dispatched on the same day.
    • Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on Sundays and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  2. Estimated Delivery Time (ETA):

    • Metro Cities: Delivery is expected within 3-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
    • Non-Metro Cities: Delivery is expected within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  3. Shipping Confirmation:

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details so you can easily monitor your delivery.

  4. Shipping Charges:

    • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
    • For orders below ₹499, standard shipping charges will apply, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  5. Delays:

    • While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, certain unforeseen circumstances (like weather disruptions or logistical issues) may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
